Background of our business and owner
Dustin Morgan has the unique experience in both the manufacturing and application sides of the business. This combination of skills sets him apart as a complete, well-rounded contractor.
He started Five Star Complete Asphalt Services with a simple goal and mission: to bring customers the best in asphalt repair to help make the best first impression at your home or business.
Since its inception, Dustin and his team have grown to become known for providing top-quality sealcoating and crack filling, but, more importantly, award-winning customer service. That was celebrated in 2021 with a customer service award from Angi.com. It was reaffirmed with a Nextdoor.com Neighborhood Fave award in 2023.
Dustin got his start on the application side of the business at the age of 15, while working for one of the largest paving and constructing companies in Wisconsin, Wolf Paving, Inc. After graduating from the University of Wisconsin with a business degree, he furthered his expertise in the industry by opening his own sealcoating and paving business.
This expansion led Dustin to his next endeavor, where he learned the ins and outs of the manufacturing side of the business as a franchise owner of SealMaster of New England. In this position, Dustin serviced over 120 contractors and industry professionals every year. Over the course of 10 years, he manufactured over 7 million gallons of coal tar and asphalt-based sealants and distributed industry materials to professionals throughout New England.
Now, Dustin is utilizing all of his expertise to lead his team to become the Connecticut industry leader in asphalt services, tackling every job with an unparalleled level of honesty, integrity, and professionalism. At Five Star Complete Asphalt Services, no job is complete until the customer is 100% satisfied with their experience.
